This is my first time making an over medium egg. Soo dont criticize me on how i do it but i have made eggs before, but only omlettes and scrambled eggs not over medium. good job, but to make it easier for the whites to stay contained, make sure the pan is hotter before cracking the egg so it cooks faster and the whites dont run all over the place…but good job!

lol…I am a 30yr old single guy and had seriously NEVER in my entire life cooked an egg (or anything else for that matter) but I recently had gastric bypass surgery so I needed to learn quick and I was just taught by a kid how to cook it. Wow, I feel so accomplished. Thanks!
